We accept all trace requests on our "WE TRACK THEM DOWN OR YOU DON’T PAY" policy. We guarantee to find an address where the individual can be served. We do require an exclusive three-month handling period. If we do not find the individual within that time frame there is no charge for our services. Arrangements can be made at the time of the trace request for a shorter handling period if required. Early cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee equal to one half our normal tracing fee. When the individual is located we will submit our invoice and contact information by fax. The information is guaranteed for ten days from the date of our invoice. If we are not contacted within that time frame, the trace is presumed accurate and we will then expect payment. In accepting the information the client must agree to hold same for their own exclusive use and to never divulge the information to any third party.
