Whether your trying to locate a missing heir, beneficiary, find a lost witness or a lost client, probate a will, administer an estate or do a skip trace, your concerns are the time and money involved.  Delays caused by not being able to find these missing people are costly to you and/or your client.  Time spent attempting to locate the missing person in many cases cannot be recovered.  Other costs such as newspaper advertisements and data base searches are expensive and most often do not produce the desired results.

With Empire you risk nothing.  If we are not successful in finding your missing person there is no charge.

These fees are all inclusive and are payable only upon successful location as long as we have 90 days to find the missing person and stay within Canada.
